The AquaUFO™ uses 90 watts of power and exceeds the performance of a 500 watt Metal Halide bulb. The AquaUFO™ is a plug and play light - it works right out of the box. There is no need for additional ballasts or refelectors and the AquaUFO comes complete with its own hanging kit. You can also rest your AquaUFO directly on a plexi covered tank. And since the AquaUFO emits virtually no heat, there isn't any need for additional cooling or chilling equipment resulting in even greater energy savings and lower equipment costs.
