Our returns procedure consists of these 3 simple steps:
- Contact us by email for Return Merchandise Authorization within 30 days of purchase
- Ship the item back to us with the RMA# on the shipping label
- Receive your refund
Policies:
- All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization
- Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer, unless otherwise noted on the product page
- Items that are damaged or missing parts may incur a restocking fee of no more than 25%
- A return shipping label will be provided for Dead On Arrival items, and a replacement sent out immediately
- Used automatic litter boxes from Littermaid or Purrforma are not accepted for return under any circumstance

Details
A four-way manual locking system is provided to allow the owner flexibility with the pet's movements. The IN ONLY position will allow your pet entry, but will prevent the pet from leaving. The OUT ONLY position will allow your pet to leave the house, but prevent your pet from reentry. The LOCKED position will prevent entry or exit by your pet, or any other animals. The IN AND OUT position will allow both entry and exit for your pet.The wooden door model W-UCD is designed to fit into external wooden doors or wall panels from 5/8" (15mm) to 2-3/8" (60mm). This model may be easily fitted by anyone who can use hand and power tools.
