Return Policy
Our returns procedure consists of these 3 simple steps:
- Contact us by email for Return Merchandise Authorization within 30 days of purchase
- Ship the item back to us with the RMA# on the shipping label
- Receive your refund
Policies:
- All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization
- Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer, unless otherwise noted on the product page
- Items that are damaged or missing parts may incur a restocking fee of no more than 25%
- A return shipping label will be provided for Dead On Arrival items, and a replacement sent out immediately
- Used automatic litter boxes from Littermaid or Purrforma are not accepted for return under any circumstance

The Original is our compact reusable bag that started it all. A reusable bag is only valuable if it is easy to remember and our Original design makes it easy to stow by featuring an integrated stuff pouch, which allows the entire bag to fit easily in your pocket. The pouch features a carabiner so your ChicoBag brand reusable bag can be clipped anywhere. These two design elements can be found in all our products.The Original weighs only 1.5 ounces and stuffs down into a 3"x4" pouch. Its twenty-five pound carrying capacity makes it the ideal size for a trip to the grocery store or farmers market. Available in eleven fun colors and made of machine washable, durable polyester material, the Original is the perfect reusable bag for everyone!
Materials: Made of durable woven polyester. Our fabric allows for easy opening and stuffing. No special folding is required.
Dimensions: Bag 18"x14.5" Pouch 3"x4" (approximately)
Capacity: 25 lbs. (One gallon of milk is approximately 7 lbs.)
Washing: Machine wash cold and hang dry.
