Our returns procedure consists of these 3 simple steps:
- Contact us by email for Return Merchandise Authorization within 30 days of purchase
- Ship the item back to us with the RMA# on the shipping label
- Receive your refund

- All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization
- Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer, unless otherwise noted on the product page
- Items that are damaged or missing parts may incur a restocking fee of no more than 25%
- A return shipping label will be provided for Dead On Arrival items, and a replacement sent out immediately
- Used automatic litter boxes from Littermaid or Purrforma are not accepted for return under any circumstance

The Step Over Gate is a free standing gate designed for small breeds, non jumpers and puppy litters. This gate is simple to set up and can be operational in minutes. Rubber feet protect floors and adds stability while the solid wood construction provides beauty and functionality. The Natural finish is eco-friendly - no dyes, stains or finishes used. Also available in a Medium Oak finish. Made in the USADimensions: Height is 20 inches; Gate fits openings from 28 inches - 51 3/4 inches Extensions are available - each extension adds 22 inches, you can extend the gate as far as you wish. Bar spacing is 2 1/4 inches.
The Step Over Gate is not to be used as a child safety gate.
